I'll probably never order from here online again. My credit card got charge twice, which I understand that mistakes happen, so I called customer service and the girl I talked to told me she couldn't do anything about it because I only ordered one thing. I told her I know I only ordered one thing but I got charged twice for it and she still continued telling me she couldn't fix it. So I called back to talk to someone else and he told me they accidentally shipped two of the same rings (but the girl told me she was only seeing one purchase?) so I had to wait for one ring to come in and take it to the store to return it and get my money back. It was a huge mess.
All they had to do was replace a battery in two watches...Left the rubber gaskets OUT and now condensation gets inside both...
It would be appreciated if the online information was up to date about.
The staff worked with me when my band broke, and even got the ring replaced for free when it broke a second time. The ring even came back sooner then expected!
If I could give zero stars I would , got a brand new ring , got it sized got it back two days after getting it back a stone fell out , did a lease and neither lease company or kay jewlers will reimburse our money even if we return the merchandise
